If you're enjoying the pool, we kindly ask that everyone in your party stay away from the underwater pool lights. Please don't grab them with your hands or use your feet to push off, climb on, or kick off of them. These lights are not designed to support swimmers and can be damaged if they're used this way.

If a light becomes dislodged from its bracket, the pool company charges us a service fee each time it needs to be repaired.

Thank you for keeping a close eye on your children while they're in the pool and helping us take care of this shared space. Your cooperation helps us avoid unnecessary repair costs and keeps the pool enjoyable for everyone.

Please do not go into the pump house for the lazy river and manually cut the pump on.  No one except for the pool company should access this. Whoever did this forgot to cut it off, and it’s been running for however long. The timer will be fixed within the week.

We’ve also ordered 4 new loungers and two more umbrellas. Please remember, if you move the pool furniture, move it back when you’re finished.

Just trying to keep things nice.
