ANNUAL AVENDELL

EASTER EGG HUNT

Mark your calendars for March 28th at 1:00 PM and join us for one of our favorite traditions of the year — the Avendell Easter Egg Hunt!

We’ll have: Egg hunts divided by age groups.

Egg Hunt Age Groups: 3 & Under, 4–7, 8–11

Fun games for the littles.
Sweet treats from our returning vendor, The Crave Bar (we loved having them with us last year!)
Please be sure to stuff your eggs according to the age group to help keep things fair and fun for everyone.
Egg Drop-Off Location: 1002 Waterside Drive

We can’t wait to celebrate together and make sweet memories with our Avendell families!

Avendell Community Yard Sale Saturday, May 2nd!

Mark your calendars!

Our Community Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, May 2nd, starting at 8:00 AM — you won’t want to miss it!

Come out and shop for hidden treasures, great deals, and one-of-a-kind finds right here in our neighborhood. It’s the perfect chance to declutter, connect with neighbors, and enjoy a fun morning together!

Want to participate but don’t have enough items for a full sale?

If you have items you were planning to donate to Goodwill, the Events Committee would love to help! We will gladly collect your items and sell them at the clubhouse.

All proceeds from those items will go directly toward funding upcoming neighborhood events—helping us make them even more fun, memorable, and special for everyone!

Let’s make this a great turnout for our community!
