CALL FOR CANDIDATES

The Board of Directors of Avendell Homeowners Association is pleased to announce that candidate applications are now being accepted for the 2026/2027 Board of Directors election. Applications for the board are being accepted until September 15, 2026. The election will be held during the Association's Annual Meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Avendell Clubhouse. The application can be downloaded and printed from the form to the left or completed online at the following address: https://rb.gy/0wt1rd

MONTHLY BOOK CLUB

This group is open to all. We are a casual book club, so whether you are an avid reader who loves talking about books or you just like the idea of reading and are looking for a little inspiration and motivation, we have a spot for you!

Come and join us for some good conversation, a chance to meet your neighbors, and of course, a little book talk.

This group meets the third Tuesday of each month through December, starting at 6:30 PM at the Avendell Clubhouse. Dates are:

September 15th

October 20th

November 17th

December 15th

YARD SALE

OCTOBER 10, 2026 - Starting at 7 AM

Mark your calendars! Our Avendell Community Yard Sale is happening October 10th starting at 7 AM.

Have items to sell? Set up and join in!

If you have items you'd like to donate but don't want to participate in the yard sale yourself, the Events Committee will be collecting donations and selling those items at the Clubhouse. Pickup dates for donated items will be posted at a later date.

All proceeds from donated items will go directly back to our community to support future events.
