The fees will be added to your account through the portal Town and Country Management uses.
You may pay online or submit a check to Town & Country.
You must pay for your reservation date before it will be added to the community calendar.
A drop box is located outside their office at the Wexford Condominium Office in Anderson.
If you have an outstanding balance on your account, you will not be able to rent the clubhouse.

A few days prior to your event, you will receive a 4-digit code to enter the clubhouse on the day of your event.
All trash should be removed from inside the clubhouse and taken to your home or the local dump.
Trash from clubhouse rentals should NOT be placed in the trash cans outside of the clubhouse, these are strictly for the pool.
The clubhouse usage checklist must be returned to avendellclubhouse@gmail.com within 24 hours of your event in order for the clubhouse to be checked for damage and the damage deposit to be refunded. If the checklist is not completed & submitted, the damage deposit is non-refundable.

As many of you know, we updated our clubhouse rental policies last year in order to better manage our amenities. This includes a cleaning checklist which helps us keep the clubhouse clean and ready for the next member who rents the facility. If you use the clubhouse you must follow all procedures that are posted on our website and printed on the checklist. Courtesy reminders are communicated to you via text and/or email, but it’s your responsibility to know and follow the policies. Failure to complete the cleaning checklist and email it back to us on the last day of your rental period, and/or leaving the clubhouse in a state of uncleanliness or disrepair, will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
Our goal is to keep our facilities clean and fully functional for all members to enjoy. This process ensures everyone is using the same procedures and the standard of care is the same for everyone.
