FEES

RENTAL FEE -$40
DEPOSIT - $50 (REFUNDABLE)

The rental fee will be added to your account through the portal Town and Country Management uses.     We will no longer accept cash or check. 

You will need to pay online or drop a check off prior to your reserved event date

 at the Wexford Condominium Office in Anderson.  A drop box is located outside their office.

  If you have an outstanding balance on your account, you will not be able to rent the clubhouse.

 All trash should be removed from inside the clubhouse and taken to your home or the local dump. 

Trash from clubhouse rentals should NOT be placed in the trash cans outside of the clubhouse, these are strictly for the pool.
